Offensive content in my area. People insulting others. And other unpleasant things

Does Yik Yak not have mods? Or are the users the moderators? I see yaks that break the rules and someone insulted me very rudely because they apparently didnt think my content met theyre standards. Please add full time moderators or something. This could become a hot spot for cyber bullying real quick.
